For Non-Diabetics: Carb Cycling and High Intensity Exercise
At this time, the current diet and excercise plan that I am in favor of is Carb Cycling as well as High Intensity Exercise.
Carb cycling involves high, medium and low carb days and the high carb days are associated with High Intensity Exercise. High Intensity exercise is done 15 min at a time three times a week on the high carb days. The plan will be customized based upon age, fitness level and comorbidities.
For Diabetics: Low carb, high protein and moderate exercise.
